Obama "Kenyan Birth Certificate"

Another Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate is circulating on the net . This has been put up by Californian attorney Orly Taitz from the birthers movement. The birthers beleive that President Obama was born in Kenya and thus cannot hold the office of the President as per the Constitution.

The Birth Certificate issued in 1964  is suppossed to be a copy of the original issued in 1961. The date of birth is Aug 4 1961 , Obama’s father is listed as Barack Hussein Obama and mother as Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham and hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.

In the Birth Certificate at the bottom , we can see that it is issued from the Office of the Principal Registrar, “Republic of Kenya” . However Kenya became a republic only in 1964 and the certificate is suppposed to be issued in 1961 . Looks like another duping attempt?
