Actor Sam Shepard was arrested on Saturday in Illinois for what police record say was due to driving above the speed limit while drunk.
Sam Shepard, now 65, was speeding and stopped by Illinoise police near a tavern. When taking the alcohol test the results showed Shephard was 2 times about the legal limit.
Sam told police he was driving home, where he lives with wife and actress Jessica Lange. Sam Shephard has many notable roles such as appearing in movies like The Notebook and Black Hawk Down, he was also nominated for an Oscar for his participationg in the movie The Right Stuff.
