New York Shooting and Hostages -Recent reports indicated that there has been a shooting and hostages in Binghamton, New York at the American Civic Association.
The authorities are at the location where around 41 hostages are being held and four people are believed to be dead among the multiple shooting victims. There are no further details at the moment as to who is injured or dead.
