Lunar Eclipse

What is a Lunar Eclipse?

A lunar eclipse is a phenomenon when the Moon enters the Earth’s shadow.

A Lunar year is of 354 days. The lunar eclipse cycle started from 2006  to 2009.

The next Lunar Eclipse will appear on August 6,2009 when the moon’s degree is at 13. It’ll be a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. which was produced due to the moon’s little entry into the earth’s penumbral shadow, resulting with an extremely subtle dimming light at the southern side of the moon.

The fourth eclipse will appear on 31st December 2009.
