Janet Jackson Wardrobe Malfunction occurred back in 2004 during her Super Bowl performance with Justin Timberlake where Janet Jackson briefly exposed her breast.

Due to this exposure CBS was going to be fined $550,000 by the Federal Communications Commission but the lower court ruled that the Janet Jackson Wardrobe Malfunction was not to be fined.
