Discovery Shuttle Landing Schedule Delayed

Shuttle Landing Schedule Delayed - The Shuttle Landing Schedule has been delayed due to bad weather this Saturday. However, there will be one attempt done today but if it fails than the next attempt will be on Sunday.

The scheduled Shuttle Landing was at Kennedy Space Center at 1:39 pm (1739 GMT). Because of the bad weather the new attempt will be 3:14 pm (1914 GMT). If this fails the next landing area option is Edwards Air Force Base in California

Here is what NASA had to say:

“The weather forecast is ‘no go’ today for the first landing opportunity… We don’t feel comfortable with what we are seeing.”
