ASUS EEE PC extended its EEE PC family with its new T91 model. This new PC has a rotating touch screen 8.9 and a suite of applications optimized to operate the computer with your finger or the stylus directly on the touch screen. With its TouchSuite users can carry out multiple tasks directly on the screen using the touch pen included.
One of the key points of the T91 is its Tablet PC format combined with a touchscreen which rotates, reflecting a greater flexibility and convenience when communicating with a team.
Eee PC T91 applications include:
- FotoFun: This software allows you to browse, organize and edit photos. Moving your finger across the screen, the user can adjust the brightness, zoom, and add effects.
- Memos: This application allows you to “paste” notes on the desktop and keep track of daily tasks. These notes can be passed from one to another Eee PC.
- Touch Gate: This button lets you navigate in real time between two different modes: The standard Windows XP mode; Widget Mode, which offers an interface in a very organized and intuitive Touch Mode, a streamlined interface with multiple functions to get the most of the touchscreen.
- IE Toolbar: It consists of a toolbar for the Internet Explorer that allows zoom in and out of web pages and provides a navigation between pages.
This device is not only as robust as other ASUS devices, it has also an appealing design, innovative features and, what is most important, it is aggressively priced to sell.
